I've just purchased Viridian Rhodiola Root from the shop. I see on your site that there's also Viridian Rhodiola Rosea available. I read that the ingredients differ slightly. The first product contains 400 grams of the root, while the other product includes 250 grams and another component of 130 grams. Both contribute to fitness and physical performance. What is the difference in usage?

The Rhodiola Rosea Root extract includes an extract that is standardised to a fixed amount of active substances. Unlike the 400 mg of raw powder, the extract allows you to know exactly what you're consuming. The variant with the extract is further enhanced with 130 mg of loose raw root powder to support its effectiveness. The Rhodiola Rosea Root extract is a more concentrated and potentially more effective supplement.
