Previously, I only took B12, but it was recommended to also start taking other B vitamins. I quickly ended up choosing Viridian. No unnecessary fillers and glazes, and it's vegan. Works perfectly, I've got my energy back!
They are easy to swallow despite being somewhat large. Viridian is a fantastic brand, one of the few without sweeteners, which feels great :) Highly dosed, which is nice as vitamin B12 is difficult to absorb. I am very satisfied!

The information provided is incorrect. Is it cyanocobalamin or adenosylcobalamin? What are the ingredients besides those of methylcobalamin?
On 29 december 2023 by Customer serviceCyanocobalamin is another name for vitamin B12. Cyanocobalamin is the inactive form of vitamin B12, which needs to be converted in the liver into the active form. In Viridian's HIGH TWELVE, the vitamin B12 is in the well-absorbed biologically active forms of adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin. These two forms do not require conversion and are very well absorbed into body cells.
