For usage, it states: take two capsules daily, preferably with a meal. Does it matter whether they're taken with breakfast, lunch, or dinner? Also, should the two capsules be spread throughout the day, morning and evening, or taken all at once?

I see that the capsule itself is vegetarian, but what about the ingredients?
