After using these pills for a number of months, I had a semen analysis. This was already scheduled, so I don’t know what the status was before I started taking the pills. But the results were very positive: motility and quality were high. So in any case, the pills haven’t had a negative impact! Fairly large pills, but easy enough to swallow. No aftertaste or anything like that. No side effects either.
