I have recently started taking these tablets on the advice of a staff member at Vitaminstore. I have been experiencing some issues with blemished skin, and it seems that this is helping to reduce that somewhat. I've only been taking it for two weeks, so I can't really say that I see a significant difference yet. However, I have noticed that I have fewer bumps. I'm curious to see what the effect will be if I continue taking it for a longer period. A major advantage of this supplement is that it is 100% natural and vegan without any strange additives. That really appealed to me!
