I've been using this vitamin D3 for years with complete satisfaction. Reliable and certainly a good choice.
Very pleased with it
Very easy to swallow. However, I will be switching to the higher dose given my Vitamin D deficiency.
Bought this for my children for extra vitamin D.

Can this vitamin D be used for children?

However, this is a vitamin D3 in tablet form, which we advise against for young children. The tablet could potentially be crushed and mixed into a small amount of food, but it is most convenient to opt for drops. On 16 november 2020 by Customer serviceYes, that is a good alternative. You will then get an extra 5 mcg of vitamin D (instead of taking 20 mcg, you will take 25 mcg per day), but that's absolutely fine.
Good afternoon, As I have difficulty swallowing softgels and other tablets, I would like to ask if you can open these to take them in another way. Or perhaps pierce a hole in them and put them on a spoon with your food. Thank you in advance for your response. Kind regards, Karen

Is it possible to combine the multivitamin VM 75 and the Skin Hair and Nails formula, both from Solgar, with the Vitamin D3 25mg/1000iu? And can you take one tablet of the HSN formula simultaneously with the other two?
