Altijd goed, solgar. Natuurlijke samenstelling zodat het nut heeft om te nemen. Niet zoals bij de chemisch samengestelde vitamines. Fijn formaat omdoor te slikken.
Good natural product. Swallows easily.
Vitamin C can cause kidney-related issues as a side effect, but usually only at doses of 2000 mg or higher. After taking a capsule every day for a few weeks, I noticed some blood in my urine. It wasn't a urinary tract infection or a kidney infection. So, I stopped taking these pills and haven't had any problems since.
