Good with natural vitamins
Always good, Solgar. Natural composition, so it’s beneficial to take. Not like the chemically composed vitamins. Nice size to swallow.
Good natural product. Swallows easily.
Vitamin C can cause kidney-related issues as a side effect, but usually only at doses of 2000 mg or higher. After taking a capsule every day for a few weeks, I noticed some blood in my urine. It wasn't a urinary tract infection or a kidney infection. So, I stopped taking these pills and haven't had any problems since.
