A nice supplement that is easy to take and is vegan. Solgar is always my favourite, which is ideal because the vitamin store sells more of it here. Despite eating plenty of fruit and vegetables, vitamin C remains a good addition.

1 capsule is for those aged 12 and over, half a capsule for a 6-year-old, and a quarter of a capsule for a 3-year-old.

Hello, I am using this Vitamin C 500 mg from Solgar along with the Formula VM75 multivitamin from Solgar for fatigue and to support my immune system. Is this a good combination for that purpose, or should I use other supplements in addition? Thank you,

However, it is even better to combine your multivitamin with a higher dosage of vitamin C, such as in Vitamin C 1000 mg or taking 2 tablets of Vitamin C 500 mg daily.
