Is Solgar Vitamin C 500 also suitable for children?

1 capsule is for those aged 12 and over, half a capsule for a 6-year-old, and a quarter of a capsule for a 3-year-old.

Hello, I am using this Vitamin C 500 mg from Solgar along with the Formula VM75 multivitamin from Solgar for fatigue and to support my immune system. Is this a good combination for that purpose, or should I use other supplements in addition? Thank you,

However, it is even better to combine your multivitamin with a higher dosage of vitamin C, such as in Vitamin C 1000 mg or taking 2 tablets of Vitamin C 500 mg daily.
