Good day, I stopped taking Solgar vitamin B complex about 2 months ago. Now I have a very salty taste in my mouth every day. Could this be because I am no longer taking the vitamin B?

On 29 december 2022 by Customer serviceThe capsules can indeed be opened and mixed with some juice or something else. However, do bear in mind that B vitamins don't have the most pleasant taste.
Can this be taken alongside the Super multi or would that be too much vitamin B? Or is any excess excreted?

However, do take them at different times, for instance, the B50 complex with breakfast and the multi with the evening meal. This way, you benefit from a more gradual supply of B vitamins.
May I take Vitamin B-complex if I am already using 'Solgar Skin, Nails and Hair Formula'?

I take Biotin from Solgar, can I also take the vitamin B complex alongside it? Or is it better to stop with the Biotin?
