I trust this brand and I use selenium for my thyroid issues. Aside from the smell (which most selenium pills have), it works for me.
I’ve tried it for my nails, but it didn’t make a significant difference. Perhaps it’s because I only finished one bottle.

Does selenomethionine survive stomach acid if it is not encased in an acid-resistant capsule?
