I use it for my thyroid, but it also gives me stronger nails
I have been using this daily for quite some time, easy to take. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and yet it seems to give something extra.
a good dose of selenium, unfortunately, red iron oxide is used to colour it, which is a shame and unnecessary so next time I'll opt for a different brand.
Just started on the advice of my doctor, no idea yet if it will work, I'll find out at the next consultation. I'm allergic to almost everything and usually react immediately, but no strange reactions so far. W.
After a few weeks, it is difficult to assess. But Selenium is important for the thyroid, especially if you have a thyroid condition.
