If I take this without food or with very little food, I feel nauseous and have to vomit. So take it after a meal!
This product was recommended by a friend. I haven’t used it myself yet.
It's great, small advice - never take it on an empty stomach.

The ratio is 2 mg copper and 20 mg zinc — isn’t that too much copper? And is the capsule made of plastic? Has consideration been given to microplastics intake?

In addition, the capsule is not made of plastic, but of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. This is a plant-based alternative to gelatine that is widely used for making capsules.
I often read on the internet that 25ug is the maximum safe daily dosage for zinc. If you take this supplement daily and also get some zinc from your daily diet, won't you be consuming too much in the long term?

No matter when I take the tablets, whether in the morning or evening with a meal, I become extremely nauseous an hour after taking them. Sometimes I even vomit. Why is this happening?

It's best to take zinc in the evening after dinner. A lower dose might also be beneficial, or you could try a different form of zinc, such as zinc methionine or zinc picolinate.
The description for this zinc states that it is a Vegan food supplement with sweeteners. However, I don't see any sweeteners listed in the ingredients. Are there sweeteners in it or not? I need to be 100% sure and rely on this information. I usually use zinc picolinate, is this form of zinc with copper also well-absorbed?
