Good afternoon, I'm looking for a good multivitamin for a man without vitamin K due to blood thinners. I see the Solgar Male but also your own regular multi. Which one would be best for me to take?

For a 16-year-old boy, I would recommend a multivitamin specifically designed for teenagers, as these contain the right amounts of nutrients for that age group. Solgar chooses not to add vitamin A to their multivitamins. However, the Man Multiple contains 1.8mg of beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the body. Generally, people often get enough from their diet with a varied eating pattern, such as green leafy vegetables, carrots, mangoes, and tangerines.
