Each daily dosage (0.5 millilitres) contains 62.5 mcg of vitamin D-3. For children aged 4 to 10 years, the recommended daily amount of vitamin D is 10 mcg. This means you should give less than 0.5 millilitres per day.
It is important to always follow the recommended dosage unless advised otherwise by a doctor. You might also consider looking into a vitamin D specifically designed for children.
