Works perfectly. Provides [.....], [.....] and [.....]. And this after just 2 weeks of use. Used once a day before sleeping. [.....] during menstruation has also significantly decreased.
I take a capsule an hour before I go to bed; previously, I would often wake up in the middle of the night with extreme anxiety, but now I sleep wonderfully through the night.
Finally found the remedy that works. It took 3 months for it to help me. I am very pleased with it.
I am very satisfied!
I have been using it for 2 weeks now and it seems to have a calming effect. Excellent!

Are there any interactions with L-Tyrosine? I take L-Tyrosine every day, 2 pills of 500mg.
No interactions are known between L-theanine and L-tyrosine. These two amino acids can be safely taken together.
I find it difficult to take the pill, can I break open the capsule and take the contents mixed with some yoghurt or a sip of water, or will it lose its effectiveness? What about magnesium, as these pills are even larger.....
The capsules can be opened (by twisting the two halves apart) but the powder is better mixed with some water or fruit juice rather than yoghurt. L-theanine is an amino acid that is best taken separately from other amino acids. Therefore, take it between meals with some water or fruit juice.
Magnesium tablets can be ground down and mixed with some yoghurt, custard, applesauce, or spread. Alternatively, soak the tablets in lukewarm water for a few minutes, then crush and stir them. This will not adversely affect their effectiveness.
However, magnesium is also available as a ready-to-use powder (which is relatively more economical than tablets):

For example, our Magnesium Citrate Powder.
You can take this supplement with some fruit juice or vegetable juice on an empty stomach.
L-Theanine has a very subtle/mild effect. It does not influence anxiety (as this is psychological). Research has shown that it stimulates brain waves in the alpha spectrum. These brain waves are associated with alert relaxation, or relaxed alertness, as in meditation. From this perspective, L-Theanine could be beneficial for studying and cognitive activities.
The 5-HTP formula has a broader effect and is noticeably relaxing due to the presence of valerian extract. More potent than both products is pure valerian, such as in Solgar's Valerian Root (a dry extract) and Valerian Root Extract (dry extract plus standardised extract).
For nervousness, valerian is the first choice. L-Theanine can potentially be used alongside it, as well as magnesium and 5-HTP.
Since anxiety is an emotion, it should be addressed with psychotherapeutic work. Relaxing supplements can be used as support, but they are not a substitute for processing the traumas that have caused the anxiety.
Unfortunately, this is the case for many dietary supplements and herbs, as their use is generally discouraged during pregnancy simply because no research has been conducted on pregnant women.
On the other hand, sufficient sleep is extremely important during pregnancy, and for many products, a good assessment can be made regarding their safety based on their mechanisms of action.
If the sleep issues are due to stress, you should first try to address that stress through relaxation exercises based on breathing techniques and, for example, pregnancy yoga (both of which can also be beneficial during labour).
Additionally, the bedroom should be arranged to optimise the body’s own production of melatonin. Therefore, there should be no lights or LCD screens in the bedroom, and heavy curtains should be used to block out light from street lamps, cars, and the moon. Darkness helps our bodies produce the sleep hormone melatonin. For this reason, it is also advisable not to look at screens for about two hours before bedtime. During those last hours of the day, you might prefer to read a book, take a bath, get a massage, do breathing exercises, and meditate. The less muscle tension you have before going to bed, the lower the chance that you will wake up prematurely or spend the night tossing and turning.
Melatonin can also be taken as a supplement, even in the middle of the night or early in the morning. In that case, melatonin helps you fall asleep more quickly. You could keep a pack of Melatonin 1 mg in your bedside table, and when you wake up in the middle of the night, you can take a tablet right away. Melatonin is a natural substance. It will also reach your baby through the placenta, but no adverse effects are known. Your baby will fall asleep, which will particularly benefit your own rest in the later stages of pregnancy.
Regarding stress, many doctors prescribe valerian during pregnancy. In practice, this has shown to pose no problems (the active substances in valerian act on the GABA-A receptors, resulting in general relaxation), so it is also worth trying. For example, the Valerian Extract.
