This product causes even more intestinal inflammation when I take it. I couldn't sleep for a day due to the extreme pain.

Can the capsules of L-Glutamine be opened to make them easier to take?

I find it difficult to swallow capsules. May I mix the contents of the capsule with custard or yoghurt?
On 20 october 2023 by Customer serviceThe advice for taking L-glutamine is to do so between meals. The L-Glutamine capsules are best taken with juice. You can open the capsules and mix them with some juice.
Can you use this if you have type 2 diabetes?

If you are on medication to lower your blood sugar levels, we advise you to monitor your blood sugar levels while using the L Glutamine.
Can you take this supplement on an empty stomach or half an hour before eating? Most L-glutamine supplements are indeed recommended to be taken this way.
