Can these vitamin C tablets be combined with the Orthica Dino Multi tablets? And how much should I add? I want an extra immunity boost when the R is in the month. My children are 13, 11, and 8.

The Orthica Dino Multi tablets already contain a certain amount of vitamin C, but an additional supplement with the Solgar Kangavites Vitamin C can help support your children's immune system, especially during the colder months.
According to the product information, children from the age of 3 can take one chewable Solgar Kangavites Vitamin C tablet per day. However, since your children are already taking a multivitamin, I would recommend starting with half a chewable tablet per day.
How many of these can you take as an adult?
