Very satisfied with it! I can't say otherwise.
I take this product once a day in the morning alongside my breakfast and I notice a difference after just a few days. I feel less tired and more energetic! Good quality from Solgar and, as described, always the right dose thanks to the green label. Once a day is sufficient, so I wouldn't take it 2-3 times a day, and preferably in the morning.
Products are delivered on time and correctly!

Personally, I find that you can really tell that higher quality ginseng is used in this product. I can clearly feel a difference after a few days of using this product, very satisfied!
