Siberian ginseng, sometimes also known as Eleutherococcus, is a product developed as a result of the Russians' search for an alternative to Chinese ginseng (Panax ginseng). Siberian ginseng is primarily used for its properties as a physiological adaptogen. Unlike Panax ginseng, this herb does not contain ginsenosides, making it considered a "milder" preparation. The main component of Siberian ginseng consists of a large group of active components known as eleutherosides. These substances are frequently used as markers within the standardisation procedure. The 100mg extract is prepared from more than 1500mg of dried powder, making it more potent than products containing much less plant powder. Composition:
