Feels like it's doing me good
I've been using Solgar gentle iron for years with complete satisfaction.
Easy to swallow, used these during my pregnancy and still do afterwards.
Great product but the value is very low
This works well for me
- Contains a highly absorbable form of iron
- Features amino acid chelated iron (bisglycinate, patented Albion process) for optimal absorption
- Does not cause constipation
- Does not cause nausea
- Highly suitable during pregnancy
- The dark glass packaging offers the most optimal protection against the influence of oxygen, moisture, and light

Is this also the case for iron bisglycinate (since this is already a more absorbable form)? Thank you in advance.
