De Gentle Iron is een kleine capsule. Hierdoor krijg je hem makkelijk doorgeslikt. Geen gekke nasmaak.

Ik heb deze capsules gekocht omdat ze werden aanbevolen als vriendelijk voor maag en darm. Helaas krijg ik heel erg last van maagzuur van deze capsules en ontregelde darmen.
Al jaren lang zijn deze pareltjes een onmisbaar ritueel uit mijn dagelijkse routine.
Ik ben tevreden. Makkelijkin te nemen. Je moet het wel langere tijd in nemen voordat het zijn werking doet.

Is this also the case for iron bisglycinate (since this is already a more absorbable form)? Thank you in advance.
