am very satisfied with the tablets
I am very satisfied with these zinc lozenges. They do exactly what I expect and support my immune system well. Since using them, I feel much more energetic and I have the impression that I am less susceptible to colds. The taste of the lozenges is also surprisingly good, they taste pleasant. They are easy to take, and it's nice that they are available as lozenges, which makes them convenient for on the go.

Are you sure these are lozenges? Took one for the first time yesterday and it takes 20 minutes to sort of dissolve... not exaggerating.

Which zinc can I use for an almost 5-year-old toddler?

On 29 july 2018 by Customer serviceIn the case of an acute deficiency, it is safe to take 100 mg of zinc for several consecutive days. Once the deficiency has been resolved, a daily intake of 9 to 25 mg is a good guideline.
Many dietary supplements provide 10 or 15 mg of zinc per daily dosage.
The maximum dosage for zinc is related to copper intake: when zinc is combined with approximately 1 mg of copper, for instance through a multivitamin, you can safely take 50 mg of zinc for months on end. However, if you were to take zinc alone, a deficiency of copper could develop over time.
The official safe upper limit for long-term use is 25 mg per day.
On 26 april 2015 by Customer serviceFor safety, pause the intake of the lozenges for a few days, and then try taking a tablet again. Drink plenty of water and other fluids, such as fruit and vegetable juices. You might start the day with a fruit breakfast.
You do not necessarily have to suck the tablets. You can also chew them, or crush them beforehand and dissolve them in some custard or yoghurt.
