Since I started using it, I feel better after eating. I definitely enjoy my meals more.
The name says it all. The enzymes have a positive effect on my stomach and digestion.
Works fine! Take it an hour after your evening meal, not before; that really works best for me!

Hello, I currently take Creon Granules 5000 (prescription) after meals, but I would like to switch to Solgar Comfort Zone. Do these capsules have the same effect as Creon? Thank you in advance!

Is it possible (and advisable) to dissolve this product in water? And is it recommended to take this product half an hour before a meal?
On 10 march 2020 by Customer serviceYou can open the capsule and take it with some water, but it cannot be said with certainty that it will dissolve completely. It is not advisable to take it half an hour before a meal. For optimal effect, take the enzymes with the meal.
Can this be taken by people with lactose intolerance or gluten sensitivity?
On 19 november 2024 by Customer serviceTheoretically, the components lactase and protease in the formula may assist with this, and there is nothing wrong with trying it. However, it is actually more practical (and cost-effective) to use separate products for the two sensitivities, allowing you to choose what you take with each meal or snack and in what dosage. For lactose intolerance, for example, there are lactase tablets that you can take one or more of, depending on personal needs and the specific meal. For instance, from Solgar, there is the Lactase 3500.
