Thanks to these chewable tablets, the children can enjoy something tasty, despite their lactose intolerance. Fantastic! The children chew them without any issues.
This lactase tablet works perfectly; you only need one, and because it’s a chewable tablet, it’s very handy for on the go – you can just take one whenever you need. The taste is pleasant. I've started on my umpteenth jar. Compared to other lactase tablets, this one is truly a recommendation!
These tablets contain more active ingredient than Kerutab tablets (which you can mostly only find in pharmacies). They work better as well. Additionally, they can be taken without water. They are chewable tablets. My 10-year-old daughter is very pleased with them.

On 29 may 2017 by Customer serviceFor example, one to two Lactase 3500 chewable tablets just before she eats the cream cake, and if she is going to eat pancakes in a restaurant about an hour and a half later, then again one to two chewable tablets just before the meal.
The manufacturer states that two tablets are sufficient for the digestion of one glass of milk. It depends on the number of pancakes (and any dessert) whether one or two tablets are required.
In any case, you can safely give her 4 to 5 tablets. For a single festive occasion, it is perfectly fine to exceed the manufacturer's recommended daily dosage of 2 tablets.
How long after taking the tablets can you eat lactose?

However, it is difficult to determine exactly how long the effects of the tablets last after ingestion, as this can vary from person to person. Generally, it is believed that the effects of lactase supplements last approximately 45 minutes to a few hours after ingestion.
