What is the expiry date? The jar states best before end 1224? And the batch no 553291-01. How long does it last after opening?
On 19 may 2023 by Customer serviceBest before end 1224 means that the product maintains its optimal effectiveness until the end of December 2024. After opening, it remains good for at least three months, depending on how you store the jar. After that, the quality of the supplement may diminish slightly.
How do you take this? Do you empty the capsule into your mouth or mix it with water?

What is the difference between choline and choline/inositol?
