Well-absorbed zinc.
I use these zinc tablets to regain my strength after a cold. They work brilliantly. Quickly delivered and excellently packaged. Great service!
I was suffering from recurring [.....]. I read that a zinc supplement could help. So far, the [.....] has not returned. However, the pills are not pleasant to take. They are rough and sometimes get stuck in my throat. Additionally, I experienced swollen legs and strange red spots on them. I've decided to stop taking the zinc tablets; you can also take too much of them.
Just a good product as expected.

I've been using Zinc for a few weeks now. I've heard that after a few months you should stop (for women) due to potential surplus. How long should one stop for?
On 21 march 2021 by Customer serviceThe safe daily dose of zinc for those aged 18 and older is 25 mg per day. This is calculated with a generous margin. It is not a problem to use zinc up to 25 mg per day indefinitely. Therefore, it is not necessary to stop temporarily.
Is it permissible for me to take this zinc supplement at the same time as my thyroid medication (Tirosint)? Or perhaps half an hour afterwards? And could it be harmful to take the supplement on an empty stomach? I have already asked my GP, but they are not familiar with the combination of zinc and thyroid medication.

However, we do advise taking zinc 2-3 hours after taking thyroid medication due to the risk of inhibiting the absorption of thyroid hormone. Additionally, it is advisable to take zinc with food, as taking it on an empty stomach may cause nausea.
Could you please explain what the daily dose is for a 15-year-old girl? Thank you.

I take vitamin C1000 and Solgar's Omega 3-6-9 daily. I've now also purchased the chelated zinc. Is there any danger in taking these three supplements in one day?
