My 15-year-old son is experiencing some pain in his back and legs due to a growth spurt. Would magnesium help with this? I also think it might be beneficial for improving concentration. From what age can one take these pills, and what is the recommended dosage?

Magnesium is beneficial for muscles and also supports psychological functions such as concentration and memory. Additionally, a good multi-vitamin for teenagers is important to take. During growth, teenagers consume a lot of nutrients. In particular, vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12, biotin, folate, vitamin C, and magnesium contribute to normal psychological functions, including concentration, memory, and learning ability.
Are the large jars with 250 tablets no longer available? Will they be restocked?

I've been taking this chelated magnesium for years to combat muscle pain and fatigue due to a muscle disorder. It also works brilliantly against stress. However, lately, I've noticed that I experience severe cramps and diarrhoea when taking the usual dose of 4 tablets. Has the product's composition changed? I used to be able to take even 6 without any real issues. My partner is experiencing the same problem and even struggles with just 2 tablets. Since we're both affected, it doesn't seem like a coincidence.

If this doesn't help, I recommend looking into another magnesium supplement that uses different forms of magnesium. For example, our Super Magnesium.
I am 70 years old and have an irregular heartbeat. I use 1 magnesium per day; how much can I use?

It is best to start with 1-2 tablets per day to see how your body reacts; if your body responds well, you may consider taking a third tablet.
