I sometimes use Rhodiola during periods of stress and it works well for me based on how I feel. It makes me feel calmer and helps me put situations into perspective better.
I've been using Rhodiola from Vitaminstore for several months now. The product truly works! The restless and irritable feeling I used to wake up with every morning has disappeared. It genuinely brings calm to your body. The nice thing is that the dosage is just 1 capsule a day.
The effect rhodiola has on me is very pleasant. During stressful times, it helps me feel calmer. It also has a beneficial effect on negative xxx. On the advice of Vitaminstore, I stopped using it for a few weeks after several months, so that the effect would be optimal afterwards.

Take 1 capsule daily. Consume with meals with sufficient water and swallow capsules whole.

I would like to use this twice daily. 6 weeks in a row, then a 1-week break, and then use it again. Is it known whether this is safe in combination with Olanzapine (Antipsychotics)?
