Why does Solgar recommend only 1 capsule per day of 300MG, while you suggest taking 2 capsules per day of your own brand at 300 MG? That's doubling the dosage, and I've understood that 300MG once a day is quite low. So why is Solgar's dosage so low?

This means that with KSM-66, you often get a higher concentration of active ingredients per capsule, and the quality and consistency are also better substantiated, which in practice can result in a stronger effect. You may find that products with KSM-66, despite the higher potency, are relatively well-priced when you consider the amount of active ingredient you actually receive.
Does this product contain Ashwagandha KSM-66? And can I use this product in combination with VM-75?
