Hello, I use Solgar's Vit D3, Ester C, Magnesium, B12, and Selenium. Can I combine these with the antioxidant? Kind regards
On 25 september 2023 by Customer serviceYou can, however, regarding the Selenium, we advise not to exceed 200 mcg per day and not to use it for more than a year.
If you use the 100 mcg Selenium, you can also take half a tablet in combination with the antioxidants, which would provide you with the daily amount of Selenium we generally recommend.
Does this product also contain Fulvic Acid?

Is this supplement safe during pregnancy?

Can I use this supplement in combination with antacids? I use Omeprazole for iron overload (haemochromatosis) and not for stomach acid.
