This multivitamin supports my energy levels thanks to, among other things, the B vitamins and magnesium.
If you look into it a bit, you'll see just how much rubbish is added to vitamin pills to give them a nice, appealing appearance, for example. These pills contain very little rubbish. Moreover, they clearly boost my resistance due to the vitamin C, vitamin D, and B12. Never going back.
A good vitamin that also contains minerals, so it's completely comprehensive. I feel great using it. I will definitely continue to use this.
A very good multi-vitamin containing vitamins and minerals in their beneficial forms, without any undesirable fillers. An added bonus for the inclusion of superfoods.
I take this supplement daily along with Astaxanthin and Spirulina. Works perfectly for me. It's a large pill, but easy to swallow with some water.

Dear, why has magnesium not been added to this multivitamin?
On 28 december 2018 by Customer serviceMagnesium takes up a lot of space, especially if it has to be in the form of a nutritional matrix. The current formula is already a 4-per-day regimen. Adding magnesium would turn it into a 6-per-day formula.
You could combine the four tablets of the Multi Woman with two capsules of Royal Green's Magnesium formula (250 mg of magnesium from sea lettuce). This is also advisable considering the amount of vitamin D. Together, these two products provide 12.5 mcg of vitamin D, which is a better dose than the 7.5 mcg from just the multi.
I am currently using a Multivitamin from Orthica, along with Magnesium-400 and D-50 from Orthica, and also taking 1000 mg of Vitamin C from Solgar. I have read in Marjolein Dubbers' book that after her research, she concludes that the best multivitamin for her is Royal Green Multi Woman. I would like to start using this multivitamin, but do I also need to take extra magnesium, Vitamin D, and C, or is taking the Royal Green four times a day sufficient?
On 20 november 2018 by Customer serviceThis multivitamin provides 7.5 mcg of Vitamin D3 per four tablets, which is significantly lower than the 50 mcg found in Orthica's D-50. It is perfectly fine (and recommended) to combine the multivitamin with such a Vitamin D supplement. A daily dosage totalling 57.5 mcg is excellent.
The multivitamin provides 75 mg of Vitamin C. This is also a relatively low dose that can easily be combined with the 1000 mg from Solgar.
The Royal Green Multi Woman does not provide magnesium (at least, it is not indicated or is of negligible quantity), but it does contain 252 mg of calcium, 55 mg of selenium, and 10 mg of zinc. It is perfectly fine to use Orthica's Magnesium-400 alongside this.
