Hello, I would like information about Ubiquinol and the combination with other supplements. Firstly, I would like to know if the Ubiquinol from Royal Green is as good as the Solgar ubiquinol (KanekaQH®) 100 mg or the Vitals ubiquinol. I have high cholesterol (hereditary) and need to take 40 mg of statins every day. Therefore, I would like to start taking Ubiquinol now as I have stiff muscles. I understood that Ubiquinol is the most absorbable form, which is important with coeliac disease. I have coeliac disease but also fibromyalgia. This makes me very tired, I have little energy, and often experience muscle pain and inflammation in tendons. I also regularly suffer from a deficiency in vitamin D and calcium. I am a 53-year-old woman. Thanks to your fantastic website, I have looked into which supplements I would like to take. They are as follows: - Vitals spirulina 500 mg - Vitals Chlorella, or the one from Royal Green?? - Vital Ubiquinol bio or from Royal Green or that of Solgar?? - Vitals every day 50 + - Vitals Ester C 1000mg - Vitals Curcumin SLCP 400 mg I also use Opti 3 (300 EPA AND 500 DHA). Sometimes Calcium 500 mg/800 IU of vitamin D. (I often skip the calcium/vit D because it causes me to have poor bowel movements). I plan to take this every day, but I do not know if they can all be taken together or at the same time. Do you have any advice on this? Thank you very much! Best regards, Sanne

Whether you use supplements from Royal Green, Solgar, or Vitals, they are all of very good quality, although we have a slight preference for Vitals due to the good absorbability of their products. All the dietary supplements you plan to take can be combined and taken simultaneously. We recommend taking all products at least with a meal.
