This is still the best magnesium. Especially when you have muscle pain. Works quickly.
This is a super vitamin for your muscles. It works extremely well. Just don't take it in combination with zinc. Take them separately.
Best in the test, easily absorbed, clearly strengthens muscles.
I had 'restless legs' at night that kept me awake. Now I use Magnesium and my legs are calm. Thanks to the Taurine, I have no issues with my digestion, which I experienced with other brands of Magnesium.
In addition to magnesium, this formula also contains taurine. Taurine is important for the brain, nerves, eyes, gallbladder, heart, and muscles.
The combination of magnesium and taurine (magnesium taurate) is particularly well absorbed by the body.

I cannot swallow pills/capsules. Now I see that these are tablets. Are these tablets allowed to be chewed?

It might be a better idea to crush them with a tablet crusher and then mix them with a small amount of food.
