This is a super vitamin for your muscles. It works extremely well. Just don't take it in combination with zinc. Take them separately.
Best in the test, easily absorbed, clearly strengthens muscles.
I had 'restless legs' at night that kept me awake. Now I use Magnesium and my legs are calm. Thanks to the Taurine, I have no issues with my digestion, which I experienced with other brands of Magnesium.
In addition to magnesium, this formula also contains taurine. Taurine is important for the brain, nerves, eyes, gallbladder, heart, and muscles.
The combination of magnesium and taurine (magnesium taurate) is particularly well absorbed by the body.

Ingredients
Per tablet:
Magnesium (as taurate and proteinate) 150 mg (40% RDA)
Taurine 120 mg
Ingredients list: Magnesium taurate, magnesium proteinate, bulking agents (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), glazing agents (magnesium stearate, glycerol, carnauba wax), stabiliser (silicon dioxide).
1 to 2 tablets. Preferably during or just after a meal.

I cannot swallow pills/capsules. Now I see that these are tablets. Are these tablets allowed to be chewed?

It might be a better idea to crush them with a tablet crusher and then mix them with a small amount of food.
