On 04 april 2017 by Customer serviceMagnesium is also recommended, but perhaps it is best to start with just Q10, so you can clearly determine what effect it has on you. If you are satisfied with the results, you can always add the Bio-Magnesium later. Or if the Q10 does not provide the desired effect after, say, a month, you could try taking 400 mg of magnesium per day for a month instead.
