The bacteria naturally present in our intestines produce vitamin K2 to a limited extent, but only a small amount actually gets absorbed by the body. In some cases, supplementation may be beneficial. The Japanese soy product natto is a rich source of vitamin K2.

Vitamin K2 contributes to the maintenance of strong bones and aids normal blood clotting.

Due to the small softgel, K2 is easy to swallow.

Ingredients
sunflower oil, beef gelatin, menaquinone-7, gelling agent (glycerine), colouring (iron oxide).

Usage

The recommended dosage is 1 mini softgel per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during or after a meal.

This product may affect the action of anticoagulant medications.

Store in a dry place at room temperature.

I have heard that if you use d3, you should also use k2. Can you use it safely if you are not taking any other medication?

Vitamin K2 can be used safely if you are not on medication such as anticoagulants. In fact, it is recommended to take vitamin K2 as it is rarely found in our Western diet.
