On 07 august 2023 by Customer serviceHello Safoora, there's no need to refrigerate your multivitamins. Keeping them at room temperature, between 18 - 20°C, is ideal. The key is to minimise the time the jar is open and ensure it's sealed properly afterwards.
My daughter sometimes chews on it. Will this product still work?

On 04 october 2017 by Customer serviceAdditionally, the formulation is designed to be particularly suitable for the growth spurt just before and during puberty. Hence, "from 8 to 18 years".
The Teen Multi contains a small amount of fish oil (120 mg per daily dosage of 2 capsules). This is fine in itself, especially if the child also regularly consumes fish and, for example, eggs, but you can safely give a fish oil supplement alongside it.
If she has difficulty with the round shape of the Teen Multi, there are also mini-capsules (about 1 cm long) from Viridian, the ViridiKid™ Multivitamin & Mineral.
Both the Teen Multi and the ViridiKid can also be used by adults, so if she struggles with swallowing, you can always finish the bottle yourself.
To get used to swallowing (a skill she needs to master), you can initially use the Gloup Slik Weg strawberry banana.
