On 27 november 2015 by Customer serviceThe aforementioned supplements do not contain vitamin D or zinc, iron, selenium, etc. Therefore, supplementation with a multivitamin is recommended.
On 10 september 2015 by Customer serviceI have searched for a multivitamin or B-complex with 25 mg of B6, but all formulas contain either more (usually 50 mg) or less than that. The Magnesium with Vitamin B-6 that you mentioned in another question is indeed a good alternative.
