Since my pregnancy, I started taking prenafem. Then I switched to this. When I take them, I feel significantly fitter and more energised within two days. I find it an ideal supplement!
My partner and I take this multivitamin daily and we are very satisfied with it. It's a complete multivitamin that is easy to swallow.
Because the micronutrients are already in liquid form, this multi is well absorbed, especially in cases of low stomach acid and/or increased passage speed in the gastrointestinal tract (for example, in achlorhydria, use of acid-reducing or acid-binding products, stomach and/or intestinal resection).
Soft Multi contains niacin. Shortly after intake, this can cause a red discoloration of the skin, sometimes with some itching (flush). This disappears quickly and is completely harmless.
