Vitamins B2, C, E, and copper, manganese, selenium protect healthy cells and tissues. The present vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B11, and B12 contribute to extra energy when tired and fatigued. Vitamin B1 supports the heart and the omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA1 contribute to the normal functioning of the heart. This multi contains 25 mcg of vitamin D. Vitamin D helps reduce the risk of falling, related to postural instability and muscle weakness5. Falling is a risk factor for bone fractures in men and women from the age of 60. Changing one of these risk factors may or may not have a beneficial effect.
