Orthica's Multi 50+ has been updated. The formula now includes more Siberian ginseng, vitamin D, and omega-3 fatty acids.
Multi 50+ now also contains Rhodiola. Rhodiola and Siberian ginseng enhance concentration, mental energy, and alertness.
The liquid content makes these softgels easy to digest.

The recommended dosage is 2 softgels per day unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during or after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA has a beneficial effect on the heart.
Not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age.

Good day, I was looking at how much of various vitamins are in these softgels and then checked what the RDA should be, but I think it's significantly exceeded here and there. Why is that? Especially the B and D vitamins. Isn't that dangerous?

These values are sometimes also referred to as RI: Reference Intake. A common misconception is that the RDA values relate to safe dosages, but this is not the case. The safety of nutrients is determined by maxima, which are based on the "Upper Safe Levels" established by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). These maxima do not need to be listed on the labels of dietary supplements. However, manufacturers must take them into account.
Hello, I am looking for a gluten-free multivitamin. Preferably made only with natural ingredients and not too many chemical substances. Are Orthica products gluten-free? I was also considering the brand AOV? Best regards
On 13 december 2024 by Customer serviceVirtually all multivitamins are gluten-free. It is quite unusual for a multivitamin to contain gluten. It would have to be a multivitamin with additional components (for example, wheatgrass), but such multivitamins are rare.
