Good balance, not nauseous after taking
Fine and pure supplement! First impression is positive. I tolerate it well (which is very unusual for me). I've been using this supplement for too short a time to properly assess its effect. The capsules are somewhat fragile and burst open easily. I open the capsules and mix the contents into a smoothie.

I gave birth to my second child about 1.5 years ago. I've noticed that I'm quite forgetful, and the pregnancy brain seems to be partially permanent. Which vitamins (in addition to diet/sleep) can help with this? Should I take one of the pregnancy multivitamins, or perhaps this women's multi?

Due to severe illness AIH, I can hardly tolerate any food, only some bread, and I also have daily bottles of supplemental nutrition. Absolutely no vegetables, as they come back up. I already take some vitamins like Vitamin B and Vitamin D and occasionally an iron course, in collaboration with my GP. Lately, I've been suffering a lot from a white cracked tongue and sore gums. I also have severe issues with what seems like diarrhoea, experiencing cramps, and what comes out is quite thin. I was wondering if I could use a multivitamin, but without Vitamin K due to blood thinners. And if these exist without valerian, etc., as I take blood-thinning medication twice daily.

Furthermore, it can be combined well with omega 3 fatty acids. There are also multivitamins specifically developed for seniors. You might consider the Multi 50+ from Vitaminstore.
