A nice multivitamin tablet with a good balance and quantity of vitamins and minerals. Orthica always provides very good products.
Because I wanted to be back on my feet quickly after surgery, I started taking these multivitamins 14 days in advance, and a day after the operation I already feel absolutely fantastic!!
A very good multivitamin, I know from experience and from experts. It is pricey, but it is also a full-fledged product.
I have been using this multivitamin for quite some time now and I have no intention of switching. They are a bit large but easy to swallow.
Multi 4 All can be used as a supplement to the normal diet in order to address any deficiencies, as a basic supplement when there is an increased need for vitamins and minerals, and as a foundation for a more extensive nutritional therapy.
Multi 4 All is guaranteed free from yeast, sugar, lactose, preservatives, and synthetic colourings, fragrances, and flavourings.

Overall, the multivitamins seem quite similar. The main difference is that VM-2000 contains a higher dose of vitamin D than Multi 4 All. The advantages of Multi 4 All include the balanced B-complex and the presence of vitamin A. Both multivitamins are suitable for individuals who exercise frequently and work irregular hours. Therefore, I cannot clearly recommend one over the other. However, you might consider trying Multi 4 All to see how it suits you (including the tablet form, etc.). There is nothing wrong with occasionally using a different multivitamin. For instance, I also recommend this one (which has a higher dose of zinc, vitamin D, and iron than in Multi 4 All and VM-2000): the Mega Multi.
