I received the ordered product very quickly, excellent and correct service. The only downside is that PostNL delivers to the neighbours if you are not at home.
Fast delivery from Vitaminestore. Nice capsules that promote a good night's sleep and help replenish serotonin, which can sometimes be much needed after a weekend of heavy partying.
it does provide some calm, but unfortunately not the extra sleep I had hoped for. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and will continue until it's finished. Perhaps the effect is not yet optimal (I hope so!). I've slept poorly since I was 6, and since I turned 18, I've tried various sleeping pills, alternative therapies, and remedies. I've even tried sleeping with sensors on my head and body. Nothing! Everything, including work and family, is becoming increasingly difficult for me to manage effectively. But perhaps these pills (they are quite large) will work well for you.
Since I started taking L-Tryptophan 400 mg. from Orthica, I have experienced fewer panic feelings, my 'threshold' is somewhat thicker, and my sleep is almost uninterrupted. A fantastic remedy!

Gelatine, pyridoxine HCl, rice powder.

This product is hypoallergenic.
Take 1 to 2 capsules 30-45 minutes before bedtime. Absorption is improved by consuming something sweet, such as fruit juice.

On 03 april 2017 by Customer serviceNow, anxiety in general cannot be addressed with dietary supplements, as anxiety is an emotion, but it is indeed possible to soothe the mind slightly with calming herbs such as valerian, hops, and passionflower. Especially valerian has a proven effect that is felt immediately after ingestion. Although it cannot eliminate the anxiety itself, it can make the journey much more pleasant. Valerian helps with tension and restlessness.
For example, the Valerian Extract from Vitaminhealth. It is advisable to start taking the product a few days before the trip, so you can get used to its effects.
For optimal effect, take three capsules throughout the day. On the day of the trip itself, you could take all three capsules at once, about an hour before take-off. Or if it is a journey that lasts longer than four hours, then for instance, take 2 capsules before take-off and another capsule about an hour before landing.
There is also nothing wrong with using L-tryptophan before and during the trip. L-tryptophan can be excellently combined with valerian. The two complement each other's effects very well.
