I had heart rhythm disturbances, where the rhythm would go haywire. I was using chloresterol lowering agents. By taking Folium acid 800 and Q-10 capsules, along with 2.5 mg Bisolprolol (beta-blocker), I have been free from heart rhythm disturbances for 2 years now. The GP and the cardiologist were at a loss as to the cause. I learned through the internet that Folium acid and Q-10 could help, and it truly does. I am happy with it and feel better than ever.
Folic acid during pregnancy
Folic Acid-800 contains 800 mcg of folic acid per tablet. In the Netherlands, 400-500 mcg per day is recommended for pregnant women, while many other countries recommend 800 mcg.
B-vitamins

Excipients: Dicalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

On 19 june 2018 by Customer serviceIf it's in preparation for a pregnancy, it's best to use a multivitamin that contains at least 400 mcg of folic acid. For example, from Orthica, the Prena Fem (400 mcg of folic acid in the form of methylfolate per capsule) or from Solgar, the Prenatal Nutrients (400 mcg of folic acid per 2 tablets). A multivitamin is preferred over just folic acid.
