The children eat these vitamins like sweets. They've taken them all winter and haven't had any [.....], so we will continue to take them!

Vitamin tablet for children, my son finds them very tasty compared to other vitamin tablets that contain sugars and other rubbish, thankfully not in these. I am very satisfied.

With a dosage of 2 tablets per day, the need for vitamins A & D for children up to 8 years old is covered, making additional vitamin D essentially unnecessary.

Hello! Just a quick question, my daughter has just turned 3 and I want to combine these vitamins. Do you recommend this and will she not be getting too much? As for the Omega supplements, I can recommend the brand Mollers. They have developed one especially for children: https://www.vitaminstore.nl/product/mollers-mollers-omega-3-tutti-frutti-mollers-visolie-vloeibaar-240845. This pure cod liver oil with a fruity flavour is a variant that most children enjoy.
Is there no vitamin K in this multi?

It's always a good idea to check the ingredient list of a supplement to ensure it contains the vitamins and minerals you're looking for.
My son struggles to swallow pills. Could this possibly be a suitable alternative for him, and might he take a double dosage per day?

The Dino Multi could also work, but that would require taking 2 tablets per day.

As for chewable tablets, the various formulas actually seem to be quite similar, as they are generally based on official guidelines for young children.

Regarding the nutrients, the Dino Multi with Stevia Extract is perfectly suitable for children aged 1.5 years and younger. However, as the chewable tablets may have sharp edges, it is important that the child is old enough to chew carefully before swallowing.
