Handy to take, great taste. Easy to take with a dino egg.
The children eat these vitamins like sweets. They've taken them all winter and haven't had any [.....], so we will continue to take them!
Very pleased with the speed of delivery. Ordered and it was at home the next day. Excellent!
Vitamin tablet for children, my son finds them very tasty compared to other vitamin tablets that contain sugars and other rubbish, thankfully not in these. I am very satisfied.
The children really enjoy the Dino eggs. A simple way to provide some extra vitamins.
With a dosage of 2 tablets per day, the need for vitamins A & D for children up to 8 years old is covered, making additional vitamin D essentially unnecessary.
Natural raspberry flavouring is used to obtain the taste. This multi is therefore excellent for children who are sensitive to synthetic colourings, fragrances, flavourings, and preservatives. The tablet is free from dairy products, lactose, yeast, soy, gluten, and sucrose.
Product features:
- chewable tablet
- free from the main allergens
- nutrients adjusted to children's needs.

Hello! Just a quick question, my daughter has just turned 3 and I want to combine these vitamins. Do you recommend this and will she not be getting too much? Dino multivitamin Dino orthiflor Children's omega (I don't know the brand, but couldn't find an alternative from Orthica) Kind regards, Kelley
On 13 december 2024 by Customer serviceCombining different supplements is certainly possible, but it's important to keep an eye on the dosages. The Dino Multi from Orthica is a complete multivitamin specially tailored to the needs of children.
As for the Omega supplements, I can recommend the brand Mollers. They have developed one especially for children: https://www.vitaminstore.nl/product/mollers-mollers-omega-3-tutti-frutti-mollers-visolie-vloeibaar-240845. This pure cod liver oil with a fruity flavour is a variant that most children enjoy.
Is there no vitamin K in this multi?
On 30 october 2024 by Customer serviceThe Dino Multi chewable tablets from Orthica do not contain vitamin K. The main ingredients in this supplement are vitamins A, D, E, C, and various B vitamins, as well as minerals such as iron and calcium.
It's always a good idea to check the ingredient list of a supplement to ensure it contains the vitamins and minerals you're looking for.
My son struggles to swallow pills. Could this possibly be a suitable alternative for him, and might he take a double dosage per day?
On 14 october 2018 by Customer serviceChildren over the age of 10 are better off using the Optimax Scholieren Weerstand Multi. One tablet per day is sufficient.
The Dino Multi could also work, but that would require taking 2 tablets per day.
On 23 september 2014 by Customer serviceAnother option is AOV's 1108/1109 Andohadin (from 4 years old).
As for chewable tablets, the various formulas actually seem to be quite similar, as they are generally based on official guidelines for young children.
An overview can be found on this page:
https://www.vitaminstore.nl
Recommendations (besides the Dino Multi) include the Kindermulti Mixed Fruit, the Kangavites Tropical Punch, and one of the newest formulas: the Elke Dag Junior Stevia. This last product has an excellent composition and contains no sugar or artificial sweeteners (the tablets are sweetened with natural stevia extract).
On 09 february 2014 by Customer serviceOn our website, it also states under 'usage' that it is suitable "from 3 years", but with the addition "or from the moment a child can chew well", as that is the key factor. Regarding the nutrients, the Dino Multi with Stevia Extract is perfectly suitable for children aged 1.5 years and younger. However, as the chewable tablets may have sharp edges, it is important that the child is old enough to chew carefully before swallowing.
