A combination of vitamin D3 and K2 is a smart choice: vitamin D increases the absorption of calcium in the bones and helps ensure that calcium is properly absorbed from food. Additionally, vitamin D supports the body's natural defences. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting. D3 & K2 Oil Drops contain 25 mcg of active vitamin D3 and 90 mcg of vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) per 5 oil drops. The oil drops have a neutral flavour.

K2 Vital® is patented nature-identical K2

K2 Vital® is vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7), produced via fermentation. MK-7 is an effective and biologically active form of vitamin K2, is well absorbed, and remains in the body for a long time.

yeast, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colourings, flavourings, and fragrances. Suitable for vegetarians.

Usage

the recommended dosage is 5 drops per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably taken during or after a meal.
