Balanced B50 + C contains the complete vitamin B complex supplemented with vitamin C. It is a great support during physical and mental exertion. The vitamin B complex plays an important role in almost all conversions of substances into energy or other substances.
The B vitamins are a heterogeneous group of substances with very diverse functions. They play a role in energy management, digestion, brain function, and the metabolism of nutrients in the body. These vitamins are all water-soluble.

Contains no gluten, lactose, soy protein, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colourings, flavourings, or fragrances.
The recommended dosage is 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during or after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store dry and at room temperature, out of reach of children. A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Natural ingredients can cause variation in colour.

These can be used directly by the body, unlike the standard variants, which must first be converted into a biologically active form by the body. This is particularly relevant for B2 (riboflavin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), folic acid, and B12.
For example, the Megasorb Vitamin B-complex (this contains a small amount of magnesium, primarily as magnesium citrate, with a small amount that has not reacted with citric acid and is thus listed as oxide).
An overview of well-known vitamin B-complexes (not all co-enzymatic, and not always with 50 mg of each B-vitamin as more and more manufacturers are reducing the amount of B6) can be found on this overview page:
