Customer serviceI ordered Phosphatidylcholine and Inositol due to ongoing stress. After a week, I can already feel the effects. They are available in combination, but I ordered them separately to better adjust the dosage according to my own needs.
It was prescribed to me for an excess of folic acid due to stress, which causes the lower body to become acidic. Inositol counteracts that. I noticed a difference after just one day and feel much calmer. Also a good vitamin B, provided there is a deficiency.
