I don't take these daily. But I do take them when I've visited someone who smokes in their home. I take 2 along with a vitamin C pill, and by doing this, I no longer feel ill after visiting a smoker. I don't even have to cough!

The claims on the website sound plausible, but are difficult to verify, as there has been no independent research conducted on this. It certainly cannot hurt to try, as all the ingredients have beneficial effects, even at higher dosages.
