Composition per daily dose of 2 grams
Magnesium citrate 300 mg - 80% RI*

Add half a teaspoon (2g) once a day to a cup (200 ml) of water or fruit juice.
Magnesium may have a laxative effect.
Store in a dry and sealed environment.
This product is a food supplement.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Good morning, I would like to take extra magnesium as I am going through a stressful period. I eat healthily otherwise, lots of green vegetables, etc. Will the other minerals in my body become unbalanced if I start taking magnesium, or does your body manage this itself? Furthermore, I was wondering what the other ingredients of this product are, as I do not see them listed. Thank you!
On 31 march 2025 by Customer serviceIf you are already eating healthily with plenty of vegetables, then the chances are quite high that you are already getting enough magnesium. However, there is nothing wrong with taking an additional 200 or 400 mg of magnesium. The body does indeed regulate how much magnesium is absorbed, and at these kinds of amounts, this does not lead to an imbalance.
This powder contains no other ingredients.
