Great nettle (Urtica dioica), Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), Maté (Ilex paraguariensis), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Spearmint (Mentha spicata var. crispa), Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Blackcurrant leaf (Ribes Nigrum) and Pineapple aroma.
Enjoy a cup of Slimming Herbal Tea three times a day. Place the bag in a cup, pour boiling water over it and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. Tip: for optimal body cleansing. Drink at least 1.5 to 2 litres of fluid per day, preferably in the form of (spring) water, freshly squeezed fruit juice or herbal tea.
